How Subie’s Brew get started
Daddy used to work at Fremont Subaru. One day, a colleague brought in two litters of puppies from her family’s dog—my brother and me. The moment Daddy saw me sleeping like a little princess, he knew I had chosen him. And that’s how I got the name Subie, short for Subaru.
Every weekend, Daddy and I would visit his favorite local coffee shop. He would order a hand-crafted cup of coffee and pair it with an almond croissant. I didn’t get much of the coffee, of course, but I was always there to help him finish the croissant.
With Daddy’s help, I eventually started my own coffee brew shop online.Inspired by the adventurous spirit of every proud Subaru “Subie” owner, Daddy created Subie’s Brew.
Our beans are carefully sourced from trusted farms around the world through the Clean Coffee Project and roasted to bring out their natural flavor, aroma, and character. Every roasted-to-order batch is crafted to deliver a smooth, rich experience worthy of a dog who knows the difference between ordinary coffee and the good stuff.
Because whether you're driving your Outback to the mountains, your STI to the trailhead, or just taking your WRX to the local coffee shop for the third time this week, Subie’s Brew is the coffee for people who believe adventure starts with a great cup of coffee—and perhaps an almond croissant.
Happy paws make good coffee.
